All the Top Unite Injection machines built dual hydraulic cylinders, which brings high injection pressure and speed, which is easy to apply to every industry. We adopt Rexroth hydraulic valves that can achieve an extremely rapid response rate to switch within 25 to 45 ms to open and 10 to 25 ms to close. With high accurate injection switching and maximum switching 15000 times per hour, we don't have to worry about performance nor lifetime issues.

Injection Unit

Injection with dual hydraulic cylinders brings high injection pressure, which can apply to every industry. The Bosch Rexroth Solenoid valves can achieve extremely rapid response rate from 25ms to 45ms valve opening time and 10 to 25ms closing time due to low resistance circuit. With high accurate injection switching and maximum switching 15000 times per hour, we don't have to worry about performance nor life time issues.

Bosch Rexroth Servo Valve

EHIII series comes standard with Bosch Rexroth servo valve Made in Germany which has 26ms response time and maximum injection speed rate is up to 360mm/sec with accurate and stable inject.

Independent Accumulator Pump

Independent accumulator pump unit can help the accumulator to be pressurized, saving waiting time for the main pump accumulating not being able to do other actions. Production cycle will be greatly shortened.
