We utilize two power resources to control the injection unit and the clamping unit, ensuring the synchronous movement of the two units. This design accelerates the production process, resulting in an increase in production capacity of at least 20%.
2.Optimization of Clamping Unit:
The clamping unit's oil circuit is optimized to accelerate mold closing speed and enhance stability when the robotic arm grabs the product, ensuring smooth operation.
3.Multiple PID Signal Outputs:
Multiple pressure and flow PID parameters independently control the clamping and injection units, ensuring that customer-set requirements closely match actual production conditions.
