The injection molding machine has a clamping force of 180 tons and uses a Toshiba servo motor as its energy-saving control system, paired with a customized barrel specifically for PP material to prevent black spots on the products. The maximum injection speed reaches 238 mm/s, and with accumulator assistance, it can reach up to 330 mm/s. The clamping unit uses a proportional solenoid valve to enhance the stability of the mold opening position, ensuring that the robotic vacuum suction cup can successfully remove the product in each cycle, even under high-speed operation.
